- In the menu at the top, go to Bookings > Manage Bookings.
- Find the booking card for the requested booking, and select the envelope icon to contact the requestor.
- Type your message and select Send.
- This will generate an email via Outlook (or alternative email application), so you and the requestor will be able to reply to and follow the conversation thread as normal.
